Bitrix24 is an Intranet portal provided with a host of tools for everyday business management.

It features a fully functional CRM module for customer relations management, tools for project management, a module for document flow and workflow building. First of all, however, Bitrix24 is a platform that supports internal communication owing to the many tools that replace e-mail and telephone conversations in everyday work. We provide an embedded communicator with options for voice, video or conference call communication.

Smoother operation of the entire business is the effect of process automation and time-consuming, routine tasks, but also of project work organisation in work teams, because Intranet tools support team work. Modules of the system used most often include e.g.: personal and company calendars, electronic repository of documents with an option for file archiving in an electronic document library, as well as group work on documents,, and task management module for businesses. Bitrix24, including its integrated CRM module, is free for a maximum of 12 users in the Cloud version. There are also fee-based plans available, both subscription and server options.
