What we deploy

Microsoft 365 service scope

End-to-end Microsoft 365 environment support — from license selection and deployment to ongoing administration and security.

Microsoft 365 deployment

M365 tenant, domain, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint configuration. Entra ID (Azure AD) deployment as the identity hub. Security policies, DLP, retention, and GDPR compliance.

On-premise migration

Migration of mailboxes from on-premise Exchange to Exchange Online. File migration from file servers to SharePoint and OneDrive. Hybrid Exchange environments — phased migration without disrupting work.

Entra ID and MFA

Identity and access management — Entra ID as the central identity provider. MFA for all users, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management. SSO to external applications via SAML and OIDC.

M365 security

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 — protection against phishing and malware in mail. DLP (Data Loss Prevention) — protection of sensitive data against leakage. Compliance and eDiscovery — archiving and search in line with regulations.

M365 licensing

Plan selection — Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, Enterprise E3/E5. License cost optimization — many companies overpay for unused features. License management and usage reporting.

Administration and support

Ongoing M365 tenant administration as part of IT outsourcing. User, group, and permission management. Helpdesk support for M365 issues. Monitoring and alerts for security events.

A poorly deployed M365 is a security risk, not just a technical issue

The default M365 configuration isn't secure — it requires deliberate policy configuration.

Many companies deploy M365 themselves and leave default settings — no MFA, no Conditional Access, no DLP. That's an open invitation to phishing and data leakage. Professional deployment is not a luxury — it's a baseline.

FAQ

Microsoft 365 questions

Migration for 50 mailboxes typically takes 1–2 weeks. For larger environments (200+ mailboxes) — 4–8 weeks, due to staging and testing. We use hybrid or cutover migration depending on the environment. Users have mail access throughout the migration.
Business Basic — online mail, Teams, OneDrive. No desktop Office apps (Word, Excel). Business Standard — everything from Basic + desktop Office apps. Business Premium — full security protection (Defender, Intune, advanced MFA). Enterprise E3/E5 — for large organizations with advanced compliance requirements.
No — the default Microsoft 365 configuration requires additional hardening. Basic steps: enable MFA for everyone, configure Conditional Access, enable Defender for Office 365, set up DLP and retention policies. Without these steps an M365 account is vulnerable to phishing takeover.
Yes — a hybrid Exchange environment connects on-premise with Exchange Online. Some mailboxes can stay on-premise (e.g. regulatory requirements), the rest in the cloud. The GAL (Global Address List) is shared, management is centralized. Hybrid does require an on-premise Exchange server for synchronization.
