2. What data we process and for what purpose

2.1 Contact form

When you fill out the contact form, we process: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and the message content.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Purpose: response to inquiries and potential cooperation. We store data for 3 years from the last contact.

2.2 Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). We store data until you unsubscribe.

2.3 Site analytics

We use Google Analytics 4. Data is anonymized — IP addresses are truncated before processing. Legal basis: consent given through cookie acceptance.

2.4 Advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads)

If you reached us via a Google ad and consent to marketing cookies, we process anonymised cookie identifiers to measure ad effectiveness (conversions) and for remarketing. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings.

3. Cookies

Our site uses cookies managed by the cookie banner shown on first visit.

Essential (always active)

Storage of cookie preferences and form security. They do not require consent.

Analytics (require consent)

Google Analytics 4 — anonymous visit statistics and traffic sources.

Marketing (require consent)

Google Ads — measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, conversion tracking and remarketing. These cookies allow us to measure which ads led to contact with us, and to display tailored ads across the Google network. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — without your consent, marketing cookies are not set, and data is transmitted only in anonymised and aggregated form.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be transferred to:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — anonymised GA4 statistics and Google Ads conversion measurement and remarketing (with marketing cookie consent),
  • MailerLite — newsletter handling (email address, with consent),
  • home.pl S.A. — website hosting.

5. Data transfers outside the EEA

Google LLC is based in the USA. Data transfers are made based on standard contractual clauses approved by the EC (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). More info: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

To exercise these rights: kontakt@vol.com.pl

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Communication with the site is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS).
